There I was minding my own business driving along on the El Camino when I spotted an array of Lidar.

Turns out Roadstar.ai, yet another contender in the self driving car business was testing out their vehicle.

I'd never heard of them, but as you can imagine, I got a few shots. Then I did a little research while safely parked. They appear to be based out of China, but have a presence in Silicon Valley.

Turns out their Silicon Valley Headquarters was right around the corner. Headquarters might be over stating the matter however. The listed address turned out to be a suburban garage. The "Silicon Valley Garage" notion has gone from a thing clever people did to get started when they have little funding (Apple, HP) to every giant company.
