Auro Looses the Race

Soon I'll post some more photos, but here's a quick animated gif. The purple vehicle is an Auro self driving shuttle, and the white vehicle is some sort of campus utility vehicle. I made a quick series of still photos that lended themselves to this animation when joined together. The Auro shuttle was fun to watch, but was amazingly slow. I could easily beat it while walking a comfortable pace. In fact as you see, the utility vehicle just zooms right past the Auro. That having been said, watching a autonomous vehicle in action is fun. And if I were a student and really tired, such a ride would be welcome despite the (lack of) speed.
